2004 XJ8 Heater blower not working

I am not sure where to look, fuses look good. I can feel the heat but the fan is not running. Where is the blower located and does anyone know where to get repair manuals?

thanks alot, between work and being a single dad I am trying to get everything fixed on my car. I am trying to get the JTIS running on my PC any clues to that?

I had countless problems on a Vista machine - gave up, zero problems on an XP SP-3 machine.
