Not sure what causing it, but I get a wind noise drivers side, when I run outside air and fan 3/4 to full speed. No noise when running fan recirculating cabin air, only when in fresh air mode. If fan is low to 1/2 speed you do not hear it. I'm, guessing vent tube is off or cracked under dash at firewall?


is there an easy way to check? I hate to think about tearing out the entire dash to check. Maybe the outside air vent has a crack at an elbow ?


Sounds like it behind the tachometer area.


Any ideas?
