AC/heater control panel dead..

AC/heater control panel dead..
My XJR -99 ACC control panel has no power, only illumination light work. Display is black and all buttons etc.dead. I double check fuses and relays in the fusebox, they all are good.
Funny thing is that when I took the panel out, I had to move the car, and it started to blow warm to the cabin automaticly. Nice. Any Ideas what to check next, before buy any parts?
