To all jaguar vandenplas owners
anyone that owns a jaguar that has a gas fill cap on the top of the rear fender, stop whatever your doing. Run to the car, unlock the doors, open the flap to the gas cap and pull out the rubber plug. Clean out the plug from all the junk thats inside it, then pour some water down the drain hole to make sure its clear, if not , blow with an air hose to clear. Re-insert robber plug. When the plug is dirty, water accumulates in the well, gets in the tank, ergo engine refuses to start. There might be fuel pressure, but if its bad gas, it “ain’t” going to start!
