I have to say it. Why would you want them? They're a pain, and one of the main reasons I went with a 308 instead of a 350 was the coil springs.
But as far as I know, no one makes a kit. You'd probably have to fab in a custom system. I forsee some problems as well. On the front the spring tower is very narrow, which means not a whole lot of room for a large diameter air cylinder. The 308 is a heavy car, which means you need a lot of force out of your cylinder, which means surface area (and therefore diameter) or high pressure, and higher pressure cylinders cost a lot more. But the rear should be fairly easy. It's not at all an impossible task with all the manufacturers like RideTech making custom application cylinders and their attached systems, but it seems like a lot of work for little gain. Unless you're really set on a 308 (which I can understand, they are beautiful), if you really want air ride it'd be a ton more simple to just buy an X350 that comes with it out of the box.

Also, search for a guy that goes by the handle "el presidente" or "el pres" on a lot the the VIP/Bippu forums. He's got an X300 VDP that he bagged, although I'm not sure if he ever did a write up on the suspension install.
Also, if you're looking for a deep static drop, a japanese company called J-complete sells adjustable coilovers that allow a very low static drop.
