Anybody have issues dealing with Mina Gallery?

You definitely have the right idea. After reading some of the responses on here I decided to try again with the cold air tube but use the stock air box with a high flow filter. This has proven to be a good compromise, no lean issues and most of the smoothness is retained but with more low end grunt and a punchier feel. With the cone filter it just sounded too loud and rough but to each his own.

I guess I measured wrong for the Cobra Head elbow. It came the other day and it does not fit. I asked on here if anyone knew the correct size but since I didn’t get an answer I measured myself (incorrectly) and ordered the wrong one!

I am a Mina rear exh upgrade (tips and resonators delete) customer. Asked Mina a related question (resonance drone at about 2k rpm in D). Mentioned that I thought Mina tips (coffee cans) were a bit "OTT" (English for Over the Top), and did they have any advice for "restoring" and another Mina exhaust mod? Inbox: Mina crickets since. Considering RE-install resonators/tips, deleting front (large, common) muffler, and replacing with "X" pipe. Are exhaust piping dia. given in "inside" or "outside" dia??? Magna flow has 2.25, 2.5 and 3.0 in X pipes, but would like to "match" my OEM, XJR. Which is it? Info??? Thanks.
