Anyone have a rust free parts car?

I have one spot that developed on my drivers side footwell where it transitions to the floor.

If anyone has a car thats solid here and wouldn't mind cutting out a piece, please let me know.

All the cars that spent there lives here in my area of Texas are pretty much rust free.
Get a trailer and come to a salvage yard to pick up a body shell?
