Default banjo bolt leak on transmission line

I have a left-hand drive 2000 XJR. The banjo bolt that is on the transmission cooler line that runs from the transmission to the cooler was leaking at the transmission side, so I replaced the washers with original Jaguar washers. I reinstalled the banjo bolt. It is still leaking as bad as it was. Is there anything I should know when installing these washers? Do they need to be faced a certain way? They appear to be made the same on either side. Is it possible the banjo bolt could be the culprit? It didn't appeared to be corroded. I just replaced the pin connector, and the pan gasket, and thought I had it sealed up. Thanks, Louis

maybe not the bolt, but maybe the new seals, or scratch on the line fitting. Also you didnt crossthread the bolt did you, its easy to do if youre not carefull.

Default thanks, Brutal

I did have to "force" the line to line up with the bolt hole. And I know I didn't clean the area before reinstalling the banjo bolt and washers. I might've had some debris that got behind one of the washers. Brutal, what do you do if the threads are worn? Could I use some thread tape on them? So you have seen brand new seals be bad? I have heard of that before. We just don't expect it to happen to us. I hope there is a fix for this. Thank you for your time, Louis
