Front seats are ivory and badly cracked. Any cheaper suggestions?

Not leather and not the best fit, but if might do on a limited budget.

 

Check ALL local junk yards. There are few in CA that specialize in Jags (I don't know the situation in your state). Going out of state would kill you on shipping, unless you have a contact with a trucker that is going that way anyway.

I bought a COMPLETE Ivory interior out of 2003 VDP with 20K on the clock. The stuff is LIKE NEW. It depends how much you want to spend. I looked at all alternatives (redying/filling, replacing the whole skin, etc.), and this was by far the best, and the most cost efective way. I got all seats (including motors, switches, rails, etc.), all door panels (with all speakers, switches, trim, etc.), and center console (with all pieces of course), four center caps, climate control unit, fuel door, and the J gate trim for $500.- OTD

Replaced it all by myself, and VERY pleased with the outcome.

 

By "cracked" do you mean the leather itself is cracked or the surface coating is cracked? If the leather is in good shape, it isn't too difficult to repair the surface and redye.
