Default Best fuel pump?!!?

Stranded again. Pump is 6 months old from eBay Bosch. I am pissed. Flipped relays so I know it's pump.

I would go Denso, and I would order from "the usual suspects", not Ebay.

Cool. I am going to pull it apart. The pump runs but I'm going to cut a hole in the rear deck shelf and see if maybe the hose came off the pump. I'm getting no fuel pressure but pump runs. Strange.

Who installed it? Something came undone. You don't need another pump.

That's the best way to do it. When the time comes, I will do it the same way. I will have another person with a spray bottle and water ready. Back seat comes completely out, rags on the bottom to soak up the water, one person on the Dremel, and one spraying. No sparks. Just in case. Once the "trap door" is cut out, I will make a "lid" for the hole, and when the pump is done, I'll bolt the lid on with self drilling sheetmetal screws. IMO, there will be no structural weakening of the body at all. The hole has to be big enough to get in with the tools, and not as big as it shows in some pictures. The best part? No gas in your face, no hoses to deal with, and the fuel pump replacement whenever you please.

We took a chisel and hammer and made ours. The hose had come loose off the pump and now she runs fine!!
