Broken centre console drink holder latch

I need to replace my console latch (as I broke it) on my 2003 Jaguar XJ8, interior colour SDZ. Any idea where I might get the replacement? I hope I clearly explained my need. THX

Plenty of brand new ones on eBay, they are expensive. Search under xj8 cup holder.

ONLY the cupholder assy is replaced and the console trim is re-used.

The entire lid was replaced early on but Jaguar issued a TSB and replacement parts for the X100/X308 (X300 sedans are the same) so we stopped ordering the lid and got the repair kit. (I must have done DOZENS and DOZENS)

Hi Jim,

THX for the suggestion. I have been watching Ebay for sometime now but as of yet I have not found the

correct match. I am willing to buy the console cover regardless of colour just so I can get the part. But

actually the only parts I really need (see attached JPG images) are the keeper for the cover. It appears

to be PN 4 in the diagram pic.
