My baby ‘98XJ8L has a broken plate and bulbs.

What’s the best way to replace it?

from what I see, it’s n it possible to just replace the plastic, but you have to change the whole unit.

so, if that’s true, is the shifter from any 98-03 model the same (just to make sure they didn’t update it at one point).

I found this item for sale which looks pretty solid.

but, it’s still possible that the bulbs are out… ideas?

 

Not all selector lever illumination modules are same.

Should all work if they are for the ZF 5HP24
