Does the 1999 jaguar XJ8 have a cabin filter? If so where is it located ?

US models are not fitted with a Cabin Air Filter. But here is a old TSB to clean it, but then again since it is a US model do not know if it is fitted or not. Here is an old thread. https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...-filter-64332/

We were also curious and took off the cowl and no filter. My car doesn't say where it was manufactured so I guess it was in the US.

X308s sold in the US market do not have pollen filters. The car was manufactured in the UK.

Anyone have a part number for the cabin filter for EU models? Would help me a lot as I get hayfever all the time, no matter what is in the air...

Totally wrong.
C2C6884 is for an X350 ( 03-09 in ROW, 04/09 in US), not for an X308 (97 to 02/03)
