Default Carbon fiber mirror covers and splitter.

Using some 3M film a little heat and a lot of patience I think I got a nice result.

I'm pleased with the way it looks.

I like the splitter

Looks cool and discrete.

The mirror is to much for me to be honest.

Looks cool on a black XJR. I like my chrome ones on a VDP. Different strokes.

I vote "no" as well. There are cars out there that can use some CF here and there, but X308 is not one of them. Just my opinion.

Fortunately, it is easily removable if you decide YOU don't like it.

Not my cup of tea, but beautiful car overall!

hummm, not my cup of tea to be honest. Jaguar/British cars are better with wood and chrome.

CF is not its game

It doesn't look too bad on the splitter, but I can't say I am a fan of the mirror treatment, chrome is the way to go there.

Thanks for the comments!

This is the look I was going for, it is easily removable too!

I've used the 3M wrap here and there before and I think the camera is making the mirror stand out more than it would in real life.

The splitter is understated like a Jaguar should be. Mirror isn't my thing (even on the XK) but if you like it, go for it.

You are correct, it is actually a quite subtle mod unless you look closely and know what you are looking at.
