Replacement marker lights and side repeater lights come with a new bulb holder having a two pin male connector.

What female connector will mate with these connectors?

Anything that is commonly available? eg. fuel injector connectors?

I found a Roadfly forum member (aetaylor) thread that has a posting about connecting replacement marker light on XJ. Here is an extract of part of the posting - a reply to blackbeard posting on Roadfly:

"marker lights; Mine crumbled in my hand when I removed them, so the plug on the light and on the harness were destroyed.

When I got my new light I took it to the local hardware store and found connectors that would slide over the pins, I crimped them to a 12 inch wire, slid the crimps over the pins on the marker lights and filled the hole up with electronic RTV.

Then after it dried, I cut the end off the harness plug (what was left of it)and crimped the other end of the 12inch wire to the harness."

The crimp on 1/8 inch flag connectors would work ... but kind of ugly.

After looking around, it looks a lot like a Bosch EV1 fuel injector clip connector ... at least it does in the pictures available.
