cooling fan scrapping the shaft camwheel

Default cooling fan scrapping the shaft camwheel

following the previous thread about the loss of my under tray

I have found the the radiator fan/radiator is scrapping the one of the crankshaft pulley.

any one had issue like that,how did you fix it?

first vincent i think your description sucks so based on a normal thing that happens Im ASSUMING youre talking about the radiator fan/radiator is pushed out of the lower cup mounts and hitting the crankshaft pulley? correct yes/no...if thats the case pull the assembly back into the cup mounts(towards the bumper) from the bottom under the car, it will slide back in place and quit hitting curbs, stop BEFORE them

After reading your reply I finally understand what the problem was. I was at a loss to understand the intercooler fan and shaft camwheel. Maybe someone added an AUX fan to a supercharged sedan????

Geez-
these guys can figure out what is going on and give good advice even when the description does suck! I guess it takes a clairvoyant to work on Jags for a living.

I am very illiterate in terms of auto mechanic,sorry about that. YES, my description sucks as I admitted and thank you for" still taking time to understand my words". I have tried my best of put my description in words . but I hoped to find any one would have any information for me. Thank you in advance
