Default Cracked Windshield

Ug. My 1998 XJR was off the road for 2 years. Towed it to the dealer and spent $4500. FIRST drive home on the highway in a construction zone -- POP! A rock hits the windshield and splits up the pass side to the center and is growing.

Having spent most of my money on the repairs and now new tires, does anyone have any experience with aftermarket glass on these cars? I'm sure Jag glass is top dollar...

Good point... $500 deductible, though; but may just be an option. Thanks. BTW, are you a Twisted Sister? HA HA JK

As I understand it, there is no deductible for most insurance companies.... its just plain free. Believe it or not, this is the user name I was given by an internet company in 1994 and I have kept it ever since..lol
