2001 Jaguar XJ8 now has a new issue. The dash lights come on if the switch is off however set to auto they turn off when the headlights come on. With the parking lights on the dash lights work. Headlights come on the dash lights go off. Every fuse under hood, back floor and trunk are good. One fuse behind the driver seat was out 5amp but didn't change anything.
Second problem yesterday the drivers window control doesn't work neither does seat memory. Window control from other for switches work. Mirrors can be adjusted. I really have no clue what the two problems are. Any help would be great.

Dash light issue; rheostat turned all the way down dimming the dash lighting?

 

Tried that just to be sure. May have blown out the one fuse again. I'll check it tomorrow. I have no clue about the drivers door.

Try a HARD RESET for the window/memory issues.

 

Fuses 2 and 3 have blown out each time replaced In the driver's rear fuse box. What would the problem be?

How do I hard reset driver's panel? Already did the disconnected battery deal.

Dash lights fixed. As is the driver's door control. Bad fuses.
