Default Dilemma, Cam bearing caps ...

So I finished doing my secondary tensioners, but upon loosely installing everything, I noticed the front passenger side cam bearing cap was reversed (pointing backwards).

I first thought I had a mistake myself, but upon checking the pictures before the disassemble, I found it was already like that.

Now, should I install it as I found it, or flip it to the original assembly position?

Car has done ~69.000 miles, of which the last 9k by me.
There are no wear signs on the cap or cam.

E.

Since the cap is the bearing half I would reinstall as it originally was.

I would carefully check the concentricity in each orientation!
