Default Error codes

Hello 1998 XJR here.
Right after inflating tires and car wash after 1 mile drive:
  • ABS failure
  • Traction control Failure
error code P1111 manufacturer control...
that seems so scary...
any ideas ?
thank you a lot

Code P1111 is NOT an error - it is a status. You will ALWAYS see either P1000 or P1111:

P1000: on-board diagnostic tests have not been completed
P1111: all on-board diagnostic tests have been completed

Think about the car wash and water and wheel sensors .....

And old plastic electrical connections in general. It should be alright when it dries.

Or C1095 or Front ABS link harness fault or??

C codes are NOT P codes!!

The engine module (P codes) doesn't really care about the Chassis (C codes) (except as a network info transfer) and will not normally log a C code in the ECM.
You will need a specific diagnostic tool to read the codes from other modules in the network. The ECM is not your problem, the ABS module is your concern.

The fault might have 'disappeared' but the DTC is still logged in the module!!

What was the DTC??
