Default gas tank ventilation problem?

hi everyone as allways I come up with strange problems something is wrong with my gas tank after some driving if I open a gas tank cap the pressure goes out (its quite big pressure, the cap stays in the air for a while) newer happened before. in the JTIS I found out that there is some kind of solenoid under the bonnet that regulates the presure in the tank.... what the hell is that ? is it fixable? where should i look for a problem?

i wud check the close valve.. when engine is off this stays open .. relieving pressure so you dont have a pressure build up.. valve is behind differential.. right side.. has to hose off it one to canister a one to air vent

ok.... then perhaps the reason could be "gravitex" (I sprayed the botom of the car few weeks ago it's this stonechip thing) I remember those hoses one of them goes to some small black box not far from differential... guess I have to get under the car, if it's posible to somehow damage this walve by sprayng on it then probably it will be the reason..
Thanks for the advise..
