backside of impeller in my hand and separation plate with worn surface.


Should I replace this pump? What would I do to rebuild it? If I buy a used one how would I know if it d/n have the same wear? I know the motor is good, but not if this imperller is hanging up. Seems to turn even when dry??

 

Replace the brushes and you should be OK. Check the boards for details.
Be careful to reassemble the motor carefully, it can bind. I used a dab of synthetic grease on the forward plain bearing.
