HELP!! Hood won't open

Is there anyone out there in Jauguar Land that can help me?!?!?! I have a 2001 Jag XJ8 and the hood won't open!!! When I pull the latch, the passenger side pops up, but the driver side won't. I've taken it to 2 mechanics (as I only know how to put gas in it and be cute

) and they have NO clue what to do. PLEEEEEEEZE HELP!!

anyone? 2001 xjr.

hood pops. but only on the passenger side.

Look in the archives. You have two choices. Remove the hinges or drill a hole in the wheel well and use a screwdriver to pop open the latch. Each is a small PITA.
