had one (of the many) brittle plastic coolant hoses snap a while ago so replaced temoprarily with some rubber hoses and jubilee clips. Finally got a proper Jag hose to fix it and either i have the wrong hose or there is a connector missing - has been a while so can't remember if I took one off?



is the hose between the coolant filler tank and the large metal pipe that has the thermostat in above the pulleys and belts etc. Hope that makes sense!

If I am missing a connector anyone know the precise name or part number or I'll need to bodge it again!

 

Assuming this is a straight overhead view, that's a slip clip and your missing the base metal retainer for the plastic clip to hook to.
