Default I broke it!!

I was just leaning across the engine at the front to try and locate the engine number and I inadvertently leant on one of the small pipes that cross the engine from front to back, and managed to snap off the connector that goes into the radiator header. What's the official name of this part. I called it, and myself a few, but doubt if the parts guy would recognise the part by these names. Thanks for your help Bill W.

Picture is worth a thousand words. You may also want to mention what kind of car it is.

Seeing as you are in the UK try Black country Jaguar or Britishparts.co.uk they are good companies. These bits are brittle at the best of times, so don't worry.

The TD5 Land Rover Engine has the same connectors on if you want to do a little digging
