Does anyone know where illumination bulbs for these switches can be obtained, and what manufacturers size code or part numbers are used to identify them? PLEASE.

 

I'd be interested in this also...they look like grain of wheat bulbs; assuming 12v, but the part number at mouser/allied/digikey would be a Lot Less, I'm sure, than the dealer (since you can remove them from the base and string new ones in...)

Have to measure the diameter of the switch light base or an original one to see if they'd fit. Will check the diameter when I get home and see.

 

@bdboyle. Thank you so much for that info. I measured the bulb in question and your helpful post helped me to find the right ones (size wise)
The ones you showed in your reply are listed as 5mm, and may be a bit large as the ones I measured are 3mm. These are available on ebay.co.uk item no 111023874688. Can't buy small numbers as far as I can see (min 100) but very cheap so probably easy to sell on.
On opening the switch, you will find a small blue plastic covering over the bulb, I think it may be better to leave this off the replacement as it seems to reduce the amount of light significantly, meaning the cc switch is much dimmer than without. Just a thought.
