Default Jaguar and Ford Suspension Part numbers

Hi, I have a 1998 XJ8 (X308) LONG Base that needs a Right side Rear Control Arm. I remember reading some forums that said when ordering new suspension parts to Order through Ford dealers or use Ford part numbers as it will always be half the cost of ordering the same parts through Jag or with Jag parts numbers. I did a quick search here but I am only finding part numbers for front suspension components.

Does anyone know the Ford part number for the 98 Long Base XJ8 right side rear control arm ?

thanks

Ford had no equivalent X300, X308, X100 rear suspension in any car I remember.
S-Type and X-Type sedans had parts shared.

I have a brand new old stock MNB2960AA from when I worked at the dealer. I don't remember how I got it but it's on a shelf in my shop in case I ever needed it.
I think they are NLA new from the dealer so a good-used or New-Old-Stock is going to be the way to go.

Thanks for reply motorcarman, are you interested in selling yours ?
I don't have access to my car this week But the safety inspection station told us rear right wheel had excessive play and needed a new control arm. I was expecting a much different looking part than you referenced. My assumption was it needed new bushings - but can't even see where the bushings would be on this control arm. The car is new to me so I haven't poked around much on it.

The lower control arm is a heavy cast part so I doubt that is what you need. They MIGHT get damaged in a collision but.............

You probably need bearings in the hub or diff output flange.

Axle/hub bearings (wheel bearings) or fulcrum bearings (outer lower control arm) are common wear items.
Output flange bearings for the axle will cause camber type looseness issues.

motorcarman (or anyone) there is absolutely zero bearing noise, no grinding feel but was told the right rear wheel had 2 to 3 inches of play, - A person I chatted with yesterday that was an XJ6 guy said it sounds to him like it might be a bushing in the lower outer control arm that holds the hub carrier

does that information help any further diagnosis or lead you to think of any other part numbers I can look up to get ball park estimate on material cost
