Both. LWB is obviously easier.

The rear glass came out without a hitch using a wire puller. Had to order a 3M Primer/Adhesion Promoter for their Windo-Weld super fast urethane - will be a few days. In the meantime we'll install the headliner panel and forward trim. I notice the sunroof panel, overhead console and sun visors look a little faded compared to the new material so I'll retrim those. The console and visors are a PITA to trim, but worth the effort.
