so i just finished rebuilding the top end on my xjr. it has a jaguar rebuilt motor but i decided to redo the top end to make it even better. i polished intercoolers painted cleaned and replaced just about everything. now im getting pullies building my intake and my exhaust just thought id show some pics. ill put some of the motor torn down later

 

looking good, I've just finished mine too, but that was a complete rebuild, not recommended!

Is there a reason you've gone with the blue under the bonnet?

well my favorite color is blue and it helps tie in the blue from the wheels. the silver ties n the car color. the polished intercoolers look good and tie in the crome from the car and the wheels. the rebuild wasnt that bad took 2 hrs to tear down and 3 to assemble

 

thanks for the compliment just tryn to make it a little different than others. you dont see many engines modified on these things so its my project still have a long road ahead
