I don’t think that I’ve had an occasion to use my horn until running to BK this afternoon. A 5 year old rode his bike from the sidewalk straight into the road. Luckily I was able to stop fast enough. He got to the side of the road, and as I started to pass him, veering to the left curb just in case, his 3ish year old sister came from behind me on a big wheel, pulled in front of me, and proceeded to just drive down the middle of the street. Big wheels sit so low... someone other than her parents were watching out for her today.

Anyways, I discovered that my horns do not work. Both fuses 11 & 13 were fine, and I swapped the relay out with a working one. Still no go.

i looked around from above and below until the rain came, but can’t find the horns themselves. I’ve found the location on every model, I think, except the x308. Generally they are pretty easy to spot... but I’m missing them.

Could someone one point me to the location please? So I can test them... then backtracking wires if need be.

Joe,

The two horns are located immediately behind and alongside the front inner high beam headlight lenses. If you remove the front plastic grill bar, and lie on your back with a flashlight, you can just see them, one each side of the car.

And/or, with the hood up, if you stand in front of the car and look down between the hood and the back of the inner high beam light lens you can also see them, and actually touch them.

If the complete front grills were removed I think you would have access to them.
