Lower pulley came off a 2nd time.
This time I am going to use some lock tight red on the threads.
I am going to go ahead and install a new lower stock crank pulley, new cone and bolt, with some red thread lock and hope for the best.

Update,
new lower stock pulley installed with lock tight on threads (apparently the more recent pulleys come with lock tight from Jag)
Mechanic also sealed a little around the locking ring.
Seems to have worked as the end of the super charger pulley is rock solid (zero wobble) when the engine is running, which is a big relief.
Now my car is officially done. Everything is now updated. upper and lower tensioners, abs solder, new rotors, brakes, tires, all new hoses under the hood. Rebuilt Gen5 blower (ported), new pluges, oil/filter. Should be good to go for quite some time
Now I'm going to stop messing with it. It has stock upper and lower pulleys and is going to stay that way.
