Memory Mirror Positions
Where are the memory settings kept for the driver’s seat,steering column, side view mirrors in the 99 XJ8L? Is there a separate commuter for each orare all position settings stored in the driver’s seat computer? My seat doesnot move to any of the memory settings. The steering column will move when thekey is turned on or off. The right side mirror turns all the way out and I mustadjust it each time I turn the key on. Left mirror does not move and the seatdoes not move. Everything will adjust manually. For a while the seat back wouldrecline when I turned the key on, that has stopped. The seat does not move tothe full back and down when I turn off the key. I guess it is time to replacethe seat computer.
