Pulled over, gassed up ... started the car and here we go again with the Check Engine light flashing, Restricted performance and these error codes... Any one have an idea?

I did have a K&N air filter which i suspect is being a pain in the ***... Hope thats it...

 

I'd check for oil in the plug wells, this would cause a misfire and then it's engine management that put it into failsafe because of exceeded misfires, it protects the cats this way.

Other than this, what fuel did you fill up with and how old are the plugs?

Maybe swap the coils round if no oil is found on 1 and 4. See if the misfires follow the swap, then it's a case of getting a couple of coils.
