Motorcars LTD : Unsavory Experience
Ordered a door check fix plate from the website, after 7 days I contact them inquiring as to where my product was & if they had tracking. The rep Steve Leija sends me the USPS email that contains a receipt/transaction #, no tracking. I send another email telling him this & he simply says "Contact USPS".
I tell him I purchased from his company not USPS & it's kind of ridiculous that they do not provide tracking when charging $9 to ship a small 3 oz. product. He then tells me if the item doesn't arrive the next business day(Monday) to let him know.
Next day, no item I email Leijas & he offers to ship another priority or credit/refund my account. I choose the refund as I had a plate made myself for the repair. 3 days pass, no refund I email again, no rebuttal. I use the website's "contact us" option, also get no response. The 5th day I simply dispute w/ my bank & the ordeal's over.
Really disappointed w/ this company.
