Ken... i have chose not to do business with you. I planned on spending over $2500 with you. The reason is because i have sent you emails over and over and over again and still no reply... If your to busy to respond to an email, and not care about customers, your future business with me is ended.

For the sake of the Forum, and for individual parties involved, some issues are best handled through private communication.

i know that, but he wouldnt listen to any messages and he wouldnt reply. I was hoping for a better resonse back from him, instead of the way he handled it.

Wayne,
if you have had issues with Ken I suggest that you tsake it up with him privately and NOT on an open forum. Although I see you have apologised, the damage is done.
I'm sure that there could be dozens of explanations such as the server being down, PC problems, incorrect email address, annual leave etc etc.

I can only say that from lengthy experience Ken, and his Companyhave been extremely helpful to this forum and its members, both with technical support and parts supply. I can honestly say that this is the first negative comment I have ever seen, ever.

Keep up the good work Ken

Many thanks

Jaguarforums, Admin and members

Jim
