Default have experienced the same problem for different reason?

I have experienced this too... have no idea what it's about hope someone answers.... I have performance restriction and other random signals on dash come up???

I haven't had problems you are having, but I read that the trans is electronic controled and if you have some metal shavings in the fluid they will stick to the solonoids that control the shifting then when you turn off the car they drop back into the pan and the car drives fine for a while. have your fluid checked the poor acceleration may be the converter giving up...

Lets try the easy one first:
Look at the TSB motorcarman posted in post #13 here:

For the sluggish start-off, any number of problems might cause it. You can check archives for restricted performance issues, and many will offer advice, but you can spend lots of money on parts wighout fixing it using the stab in the dark approach. I recommend you get the codes for the transmission and engine read before you throw parts at it.
