Need help on codes P1121 and P1111
2003 XJR Supercharged with 69,000. I have replaced the battery, Replace the MAF and knock sensor. I've notice when driving at slow speed with the air conditioner on, the ABS fail light comes on the goes into restricted performance. after restarting 2-3 times the check engine comes on. My mechanic does not have the Jaguar card for his OBD but, can pull these codes up. Can someone please tell me what these are??
P1121 Mode 3 Manufacture controlled fuel air metering.
P1111 Mode 7 Pending code.
Thanks guy's. I appreciate the input

Hi, P1111 means that everything is OK, it will go to P1000 soon if you have problems.
The P1121 is usually bad news, your throttle body may be bad (the same as mine).
From the manual:
P1121 PPS circuit range / performance (PPS1 compared to PPS2) Accelerator pedal to pedal position sensor cable adjustment incorrect.
Pedal position sensor to ECM sense circuits 1 and 2 open circuit, short circuit or high resistance.
Sensor power supply fault.
Sensor reference ground fault.
Pedal position sensor failure.
When RED MIL is activated
(DTC logged; first trip), ECM:
– Switches off throttle motor
(via relay)
– Initiates throttle “limp home”
mode: engine speed controlled
to between 1000-1250 rpm by
fuel cutoff to cylinders
– Inhibits idle speed control
– Inhibits cruise control
– Inhibits traction control / stability

Thank you, This car has been incredibly taken care of. I did have a mechanic tell me that detailers are usually the fault. have you heard of this? and is the only repair replacement?? i've been told this is a $2500,00 replacement and the only shop I trust for this is 250 miles away.
