Default P1113 - How do I correct this code?

My 1998 Jaguar XJR is getting P1113 and once that code throws it goes into restricted performance with like 30% throttle. How do I diagnose or correct this? I'm assuming this is the sensor in the back of passenger side cooler. We had just rebuilt the whole top end so all I can think is either I need to bleed the coolant system since air might be trapped in there not allowing them to work correctly or two the sensor may be bad? Anyone with experience with this able to assist? Also quick note this was during a water only run cycle to flush the system so maybe it was just running hotter since regular coolant was not yet in it but I was planning on flushing system now anyways after I got it up to temp and circulated. Any input is appreciated

Bad connection or damaged sensor/wiring?

DataLogger with PDU/WDS/IDS can monitor the temp sensor to verify operation but a generic scan tool might pick up and read it?

It is NOT an incorrect reading but a FAILURE in reading.

Generic tool seems to pick it up a reading from the AIT sensor it just seems like the air temperatures from charge coolers got way to hot. However that may just be AIT1 its reading. I let the car sit for 30 minutes and then drove it home just fine. Not sure if there could be other issues. It took about 15 minutes of driving before this came up. Let car sit for 30 minutes when it went into restricted performance and then drove it home. Could accessory water pump be the issue for not pumping coolant through the charge coolers? These are kind of new to me.

The electric intercooler pump is probably the first thing to check. It should start running when the ignition is "on" so it is easy to hear its sound. You can also touch it and feel the vibration.

This might be the primary issue cause I don't feel any vibration or hear anything with the key in the on position. Wonder if the wires got swapped on accident when attaching the new connector for new pump to the old harness. I will start here.

Looks like we are getting power and good ground at the intercooler pump with key on so I suspect my new ZZP High Output Intercooler Pump was defective out of the box. I have since contacted them to warranty it but this is most likely the problem.
