Please help me identify this part

So after putting the car together I have this one left over part and I can't figure out where it goes...Help please...

I found these diagrams showing the Alternator Cooling Duct in the Jaguar Electronics Parts Catalog and the JTIS21 Shop Repair Manual:

The alternator lower cooling duct is part# HNC4477AA. List price is about $30.

The 2 flange head screws for the upper cooling duct are part# JFS10616F (M6 x 16mm) about $2 each.

Screw/washer for lower cooling duct is part# JSH10816EXC list price is about $3. Total should be somewhere near $40.
