Power steering pump on a 2002 XJR
Hello
I have been told that the Lincoln LS and the 2002 XJR have similar engineparts .
A -Am I correct?
B-Do you know if this apply to the water pump and pressure hoses ?
C -Do you know the parts number ?

Thank you
so much''
Terry

Why not try Amazon and compare?
Gaudin Jaguar parts in Las Vegas has a complete on-line parts catalog for searching numbers: then try Amazon, Parts Geek, oe eBay for best price.
Some Ford sourced parts are common across Lincoln, T-Birds, and Jags (mostly S-types).
On the Land Rover forum, they used show common parts: the price differences were surprising (one plastic engine fitting was 18c for Explorer; $2.80 for LR3). Timing gear for Lincoln LS are essentially the same as early AJs. One local guy saved $15 and three days buying from our Lincoln dealer instead of from Christopher.

The Jaguar V8 motor was used by Land Rover when they were common ownership -- and Ford swiped the V8 for the LS and the thunderbird -- different heads. The X308 also has small bit throughout that came from other cars .. but not much.
My guess would be ... No.
I believe they are offered as rebuilt in the aftermarket. This would also be something that I would possibly get used if from a reliable source and cheap enough -- they have a low failure rate.

There are a couple of junk yards specializing in Jags and Land Rovers in the LA area. You should be able to get a good used one. Also in Stockton there is a breaker that specializes in Jags. Back here, nothing close.
