So I disconnected the battery on a 2003 xjr... Now its asking me for a radio code. Luckily the owner has the code cards and I plug the number in... but (not so luckily) it wont take it. After some reading around I found that the problem "could" lie in the radio being set for europe instead of usa. But how can I change it back to usa if I can't unlock it with the provided radio code?

Any suggestions?

By the way, I tried disconnecting the battery and draining the capacitors and asked the customer if he changed the radio but he said no. Now in the process of taking it out and checking if the serial number on the radio matches the one on the card. Hopefully the jaguarforums.com Gods will smile upon me and show me the answer!!!
