Rear door handle problem
Hi,
I have 2000 Jaguar XJ8 and it's extremely difficult to open rear door. The handle has to be pulled all the way. My wife can't even open it
I didn't know how to explain the problem so I recorded a short video explaining it.

I would appreciate the feedback and repair instructions.
