Rear End Fluid
So tried to change the rear end fluid in a 98 XJR this past weekend. I have no socket that fits into the drain fitting that can get infront of the support bar.
Does anyone know of what fitting and where I can buy it? Seems silly to spend 3 hours and then replacing bushings etc to take off a drain plug. Hoping that a Tech knows what to do? If not the supporting for the rear end and sway bar would have to come out, uhhhhhhhhhhg.;

There is a thread about this.
But, you can use one of those 1/2" drive spinner adapters. Then use a regular wrench to turn the wrench flats on the adapter.
Or, a 1/2" drive wobble extension.
The correct length is in one of those threads.
