Since I am going to have the rear subframe off my 2000 VDP to replace the shocks, I may as well replace the subframe bushings too right?

Problem: Not totally sure where to buy them. Any ideas on where I can get some and how much they cost approximately? Thanks!

I just purchased these from SNG Barratt - $46 the pair. Not a Jaguar part but I was told it's the OEM manufacturer. On the subject of rear bushings can anyone tell me their proper orientation? I read somewhere this is important and didn't pay attention when pressing them out. Thanks.

 

Mark the bushing orientation on the subframe cradle before you press out/ cut out the old ones

The tops of the bushings for our '93 XJ40 are a little different from the ones for your X308, but they have the same "gaps" in the top ring that need to be aligned, so the photos from my diff R&R album may be helpful:
