I don't know about them, but you can get a brand new one for $170 on ebay right now....New New New New 95 03 Jaguar XJ6 XJ8 XK8 Auto Dim Inside Rear View Mirror | eBay .....used ones were starting around $99.
Get it refurbished by a tried & true company Sybesma Electronics just do a search on this forum to see all the success stories including mine. Fast turn around less than a week for me & they improve the technology for less than 100$.
