lift armrest up.. 2 phillips screws.. and 1 more that holds the arm..pull out of car..once off.. lay it leather down.. you will see in the front 2 tiny torqs screws.. remove then the rest are phillips maybe 8 cant remember .. then the black housing comes apart..watch were the blackrelease button is.. then you will see the broken cup holder.. one tiny torqs that hold the button(cup holder button).. remove then pull off.. now you have tha cup holder in your hand with a piece of leather on it.. now you will remove the leather.. 5 tiny torqs.. and its off... slide new one on to leather note the black bar.. make sure it goes in its cut out.. then slide it in.. install 5 torqs.. now you have a new cup holder with leather on it.. now you have to install this in the armrest.. slide the piece back in leather down.. cup holder closed.. once all the way in.. closed.. install button from underneath. and line up.. install the one torqs for the button..place the armrest release button onthen install black housing cover.. re install all screws including the two tiny ones at the front... and make sure the silver nut does not fall out.. this is there for the arm to be bolted to.. re fit in car.. 3 screws .. your all done.
