remove headrests

Can anyone help me on how to remove front headrests 2003 XJ8
droped seats back extended headrest and pulled like my 2001 model but rests will not come out. Help!!

push in clips then pull up ! i once pulled one so hard when it popped out it went 10 feet in the air..lol
