S-Type Muffle fit XJ8 VDP?

The weld on one of my '98 XJ8 VDP's mufflers is rusting, I was advised to get it replaced before it breaks completely. A local shop has a 2001 Jaguar S-type 3.0 muffler cheap, any chance it will fit?
