seat reversal

Try a hard reset. Disconnect the neg. cable from the battery and touch it to the positive for about 20 sec. Then reconnect, turn ignition on but don't start for 30 sec., then start car. It will have a fast idle initially but once it settles down reset the seat memory and see it it behaves.

The seat and wheel are handled by 2 different modules, hence one working, and the other not.
Does your seat-memory (from the door operation push buttons) still work?
If the "hard reset" does not give results, then you might give swapping the seat modules a try (from driver side to passenger side and v.v.).
Should be doable with the seats inside the car by removing all 4 bolts, and flipping them.
If that doesn't work, it is probably (and most likely) related to broken potentio-meters in the seat, the ones controlling the various movements.
I just checked on all of mine, 4 out of 5 were broken off.

Did you set the column switch from AUTO to OFF????????????????????
I repaired DOZENS of seat position sensors (potentiometers) in new car warranty but very few 'customer-pay'.
The sensors are about $300 EACH and there are five. It also takes about 5 hours labor to replace them all so you are looking at about $2000 for the seat rebuild.
There are TSBs for diagnosing, replacement and testing/setup.
I have posted these DOZENS (hundreds?) of times in the past.
You need to read as many of these TSBs as you can find for your car and it will answer most of the questions people ask on this forum.

It is more work to get the sensors out and in, than the actual repair, a day's work for sure.
The cause of their failure is known (brittle plastic), and there are some 3 options to do the repair.
