ordered my oil and when i tried to remove the oil plug,it stripped,i used a 3/16 allem bit socket,perfect fit,but the metal just gave way...wow.well now i have to extract the old plug and replace with a new one.anybody suggest a good extractor tool?

I would think a good ole "easy out" would work.

I think you might be able to get a sharp point chisel edge to 'walk' the plug loose.

If push comes to shove, remove the coolant hose in front of it and try a Torx bit.

Did you have to modify a standard 3/16 allen head to get into that tight fit?

I have a cut/shortened 3/16" allen key for this purpose.

I also have LONG REACH ball end allen driver.

I use a socket-allen key,and swivel head ratchet

HEY AHHHHHH... anybody ever go in there and not find ANY OLD OIL? I've got about three different sized tubes shoved pretty far in there, and pulling back on the plunger results in no old oil. Car runs great. No supicious noises at all. Typical...

I never find NO OIL but if you are happy, I am happy.(you might want some oil in there?)

Default Check extractor

I wonder if the fluid extractor is working properly. Think if supercharger was dry it would tell you.
